St. Anne's Convent School

You are requested to deposit an amount of Rs. 400/- (for Nursery/KG) / Rs.500 (for Std.I and above) by cash only towards Admission Registration Fee which may be submitted at the school office along with the following documents and credentials. After submitting the form, the school will allot a date for the observation of the child and verification of the documents.

Documents to be submitted :

1. Copy of Online Receipt & Form.
2. Latest Post Card size family colour photograph for Nursery Dept. or 4 copies passport size photograph for STD – I to VIII.
3. Copy of Birth Certificate issued from MUNICIPAL CORPORATION / GRAM PANCHAYAT.
4. Copy of Caste Certificate for ST/SC/OBC Candidates
5. Copy of Aadhar Card (Child and Both Parent).
6. Copy of Report Card of the previous school attended.

7. Original TC for STD II to VIII Candidates
8. Permanent Education Number (PEN) from last School
9. APAAR ID of the candidate (if available)
10. Blood group of the candidates
11. Candidates Height (in CMs ) and candidates Weight (in KGs)

Note :- Failing to present the above mentioned documents will subject to cancellation of registration.

Kindly remember :

1. The age of the student should be 3½-4½ years for Nursery, 4½-5½ years for KG-I, 5-6 years for KG-II and above 6 Years for Class I as on 31^st March 2025
2. Submission of registration form is not an assurance / security of admission.
3. The selection of the students will be purely on the basis of observation and entrance test for KG I to Class VIII.
4. Admissions will be allowed on a First-Come-First-Serve basis.
5. CHANGES / CORRECTIONS in the entries will NOT be accepted under any circumstances after filling / submitting ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM.
6. School Management reserves the right to judge the eligibility of the student, as per the information furnished in the online registration form.
7. All the desired original documents should be presented at the time of admission for verification. Furnishing fake information will lead to cancellation of registration / selection of the candidate.
8. School Management reserves the right of cessation of the admission at any stage in case of any discrepancy in information and details.
9. Registration forms without proper and complete documents will not be accepted.
10. Admission Fee and School Fee once paid will not be refunded if admission is cancelled or withdrawn.
11. There will be a provisional revision in the school tuition fee every year to the tune of minimum 10%.
